We have implemented a new Handling Requests template.

There is a new “From” section that contains the name and contact details of the person sending a Handling request email. Details in this section are imported from Admin > Operator Settings > Handling Requests Tab.

Second important update is a possibility of applying a personalised footer to Handling request email. This footer is also defined in the section mentioned above. Any changes to the footer will apply to the flights added after the change.
