| Go to Admin > Fleet > Fleet documents and under the icon 'Fleet Documents List' you will be able to add document name and document type. By clicking on the icon {{:leon:icons:fleet-doc.png?22|}} you can add another document. The window also allows you to change positions of documents, depending on their importance, by clicking green upward/downward arrows. | To prevent unexpected grounding of the aircraft, you can set 'E-mail notifications', which will remind people in charge, that some documents should be renewed. You can choose who should receive such notifications and you can define the time intervals at which notifications should be sent before the specified document expires. | |
