Default requested items per aircraft

It is now possible to assign the Handling Request default requested items to a specific aircraft.

The items per aircraft can be set up in the 'Requested items' in the Settings > Handling Requests section.

This item, if selected and the items inserted, will only apply to the newly added flights and not the existing flights.

This item will overwrite the operator default requested items.
