• 04-09:59 min = 0.1
• 10-15:59 min = 0.2
• 16-21:59 min = 0.3
• 22-27:59 min = 0.4
• 28-33:59 min = 0.5
• 34-39:59 min = 0.6
• 40-45:59 min = 0.7
• 46-51:59 min = 0.8
• 52-57:59 min = 0.9
• 58-59:59 min = 1.0
