If the operator has set up Mailboxes in Leon, then it is possible to reply from external email accounts and replies show in Leon.

If OPS will send such a message - i.e. asking to re-send some OPS documents and the message hasn't been confirmed - Leon will show a red number of unconfirmed messages.

By clicking the number, Leon will show a pop-up window with the information what is it about.

Click name of the document (in this case 'Trip Overview') and Leon will show the message sent by OPS.
