New featured base settings in Settings - Fleet - specific aircraft - Sales tab

Positioning flights policy - Fixed Base/Floating base options. Fixed base takes value from home base in main setting making a quote including ferry flight back to home base. Floating base - Quote does not include ferry after flight when aircraft targets inserted treashhold in HH format. After the treshold aircraft is offered in homebase and a quote with ferry is added as in Avinode integration.

Allocate ferry flight time if no positionings added - this feature will trigger the inserted value HH:mm format in quote when 'Ferry flight fee' pricing item is active.
