This section offers you useful options that can be used in contacting with clients or brokers you deal with.
You can define available options, such as:
A field 'Email subject' contains what is later displayed on the subject of the quotation documents email.
I.e. Flight Offer [ADEP_IATA] - [ADES_IATA]Trip:[TRIP_NO][DATE][VERSION_NUMBER] * [ADEP_IATA] - IATA code of trip start airfield * [ADES_IATA] - IATA code of trip destination airfield * [TRIP_NO] - trip number * [DATE] - trip date * [VERSION_NUMBER] - version number distinguishes different versions of the same document When the documents are sent out, the 'Email subject' text turns to: Flight Offer LHR-SXFTrip:03-2018/506.03.2016(ver 1)
To send Sales documents to a client, in a section SCHEDULE, create a quotation (right-hand filter, tab TRIP), then after saving it right-click with the mouse and select appropriate document to be sent out.
