Assigning crew as experienced

The new EXPERIENCED column will be added in the User Profile > 'RATINGS' tab > 'Aircraft type' subsection.

This column will allow specifying if a crew member is experienced on the selected rating.

The functionality of this column is the same as the 'Experienced' column in the 'Ratings' tab in the full user profile.

Until now, the possibility of amending the experience required a wider range of privileges. This new option will allow amending it in the Admin Panel > 'Users' section, as well as through the OPS Panel > CREW tab.
