SWAP AIRCRAFT

The OPS Timeline view includes the Swap Aircraft feature, allowing users to efficiently reassign flights between two aircraft of the same type.

How It Works

In the OPS Timeline, users can select multiple flights assigned to two different aircraft by holding down the Ctrl key. After selecting the desired flights, right-click to open the context menu and choose the Swap Aircraft option.

Example:

Aircraft A has flights 1 and 2 selected. Aircraft B has flights 3 and 4 selected.

Using the Swap Aircraft option will reassign flights 1 and 2 to Aircraft B and flights 3 and 4 to Aircraft A.

Aircrafr SWAP feature

The feature is only available for aircraft of the same type. If flights from aircraft of different types are selected, the option remains inactive, and a tooltip appears explaining why the swap cannot be performed.
