Update quote based on Journey Log change option will be available in the Admin Panel > General Settings > 'Sales Module' tab

Update quote based on Journey Log change will allow setting up the behaviour within the quote depending on the timeframes saved on the booked trips in the Journey Log.

'Update quote based on Journey Log change' will contain the following options:

• User takes a decision - User manually will decide which option to select in Sales upon the update in the Journey Log in OPS
• Ignore - changes in the Journey Log will be ignored. This will be set as a default option

Quote update based on Journey Log

As per the screenshot on the right, once the 'User takes a decision' option is selected and the Journey Log is filled in, the following options will be available in the booked request:

• UPDATE SCHEDULE & RECALCULATE PRICE - this option will update the schedule within the booked request with the timeframes from the Journey Log and will recalculate the price based on the updated timeframes - screenshot on the right
• UPDATE SCHEDULE - the schedule within the booked request will be updated with the block times saved in the Journey Log. Price will not be recalculated
• IGNORE - Journey Log changes will be ignored

This functionality will not include changes to PAX number in the Journey Log.
