How to integrate
Contact NavBlue Administrator to receive the credentials: Username, Password, and Host.
Insert the data in the configuration Panel and save.
How it works
Once integrated, Leon starts sending the flight details to N-Flight Planning, including:

schedule
-
aircraft
-
schedule type
-
flight rules
-
trip number
-
crew assigned to the flight, with the option to indicate the type of crew members
Leon automatically sends future flights that are planned within 48h from ‘NOW’.
You can also send flights to Navblue manually from OPS module.
Flights are sent every hour.
Flight Number Handling for ACMI Operations
When an operator uses ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance and Insurance) arrangements, flights may be operated under airline codes that differ from the ICAO 3-letter designators expected by NavBlue flight planning system. Leon handles this automatically: if a flight number starts with a 2-letter IATA code (e.g. BZ3220), the system splits it into two parts before sending to NavBlue:

Airline designator ([ATCALC] field) – the 2-letter IATA code is looked up and converted to the corresponding 3-letter ICAO code (e.g. BZ → BBG)

Flight number ([FNUM] field) – only the numeric part is passed (e.g. 3220)
This ensures that NavBlue receives data in the correct format regardless of how the flight number is stored in Leon.
New IATA/ICAO code pairs can be added on demand by the Leon team whenever an operator introduces a new airline code for their ACMI operations.
