AI Assistant will support users with document editing
We are introducing AI-powered support for our customers in modifying document templates within the Documents Manager section. This functionality will allow users to make changes to documents independently, even if they have no coding knowledge.
How it works
Working with the AI Assistant is very simple, as it only requires users to provide open-text commands describing how they want the document to be modified.
Currently, the number of changes an operator can implement for free is limited to 3 million tokens per month.
The operator will be able to monitor the current token limit as well as the amount of tokens already used. Once the limit is exceeded, the AI Assistant will display a relevant notification.
The AI Assistant will operate under the following principles:

uses the selection of latest OpenAI and Anthropic models

no operator data is distributed

only the data schema from the DATA section is transmitted

the content of templates (BODY, HEADER, etc.) is sent, so users should avoid including sensitive data in these sections
User may select the AI model by clicking on the cog wheel icon in the right upper corner of the AI Assistant chat.
The AI Assistant functionality is enabled upon the operator’s request.
