Sched Introduced Support For Ssim Element Dei8

SSIM element DEI 8

A new SSIM message parameter, Traffic Restriction, has been introduced in SCHED module.

This field is linked to the DEI 8 element in the SSIM message and provides information on restrictions related to the carriage of passengers, cargo, and mail on a given flight segment.

In the SCHED module, up to 4 DEI 8 parameters can be entered for a single sector, and they must be separated by semicolons (“;”).

The DEI 8 element is also included when sending ASM/SSM messages from the checklist item in the OPS module, provided that the flight has been created in the SCHED module.
