DEFINING DEFAULT TRIP TYPE IN THE QUOTE
It is possible to define a default trip type when adding a new quote.
In the adding new quote window there is a new field TRIP TYPE. By default this new field shows ‘Based on configuration’
which means, the configuration in either Flight Editing section (for all tails) or in the aircraft profile, tab OPS (this configuration will be used if different to the one set for all tails).
When making a quote an optional trip, or when booking the quote, in the sending email window Leon will show the trip type that will be assigned to the trip.
The same trip type will show in a panel OPS, tab TRIP.
It is also o possible to include a ‘Trip type’ item in the sales documents - it is available in the Documents Manager list of items.
