Parking Stand

Leon allows operators to record parking stand identifiers for both the departure and arrival airports directly within the flight checklist. This is done through two dedicated checklist items: Parking stand ADEP and Parking stand ADES.

Overview

Parking stand information is captured at the flight level as part of the OPS checklist. The two items are available in every operator's default OPS checklist section and can be filled in by the crew or operations team to record where the aircraft was parked at each airport.

Checklist Items

Two checklist items are available:

• Parking stand ADEP – parking stand at the departure airport

• Parking stand ADES – parking stand at the arrival airport

Both items are:

• OPS-type — visible to the operations team

• Flight-type — assigned at the individual flight level

• Placed by default in the OPS checklist section

Available statuses for each item: ?, N/A, Yes, No, UNT

Entering the Parking Stand Identifier

Each checklist item contains a dedicated text field for entering the parking stand identifier.

Allowed characters:

• Letters: A–Z, a–z

• Digits: 0–9

• Special characters: /, -, .

• Maximum length: 10 characters

OPS View Tooltip

When a parking stand identifier is entered, its value is shown in the tooltip on the OPS view. This gives dispatchers quick visibility of parking information without opening the full checklist.

Checklist Item History

Changes to the parking stand identifier are tracked in the checklist item history alongside status and note changes.

Report Wizard

Both parking stand values and their checklist statuses are available as columns in Report Wizard under the Flight scope. The following 6 columns are available:

Mobile App & MCP

Parking stand ADEP and ADES fields are also accessible via the Leon mobile app (Schedule and My Schedule views) and through the MCP (Multi-Crew Portal) OPS checklist view.
