We have added an optional Facility location field (airport selection).

When set, Facility location drives FTL calculations (used instead of ADEP/ADES).

Renamed the Place field to Facility name (informational only; does not affect FTL).
Impact on FTL calculations

If Facility location is provided in the simulator, the FTL module uses that airport for calculations (instead of start_nid/end_nid).

If Facility location is not set, FTL works as before and relies on ADEP and ADES.

The change does not affect crew position logic or crew continuity.
