# Journey Log — available fields

This page lists all fields available in the Journey Log (JL) in Leon. Fields are divided into two categories:

  • Mandatory fields — always visible; required before the JL can be submitted (unless the operator has enabled Allow not completed JL to be entered in Admin Panel > Journey Log > Additional settings)

  • Optional fields — enabled per operator in Admin Panel > Journey Log configuration. Each optional field can be set to appear for all flights (Always), for selected aircraft only (Selected Aircraft), or for flights from selected bases only (Selected Bases).
