Overview

The Hotel Booking scope covers hotel reservations made for crew members as part of trip and flight operations. Each record represents a booking at a specific hotel for one or more crew members, capturing check-in and check-out times, the associated airport, booking status, and cost information.

Operators use this scope to track where crew is accommodated during layovers and multi-leg trips, monitor booking confirmation status, identify missing bookings, and analyze accommodation costs. It is particularly useful for crew logistics coordinators and finance teams reviewing hotel expenditures across a time period.

Filters let you narrow down the data to the specific subset you need — by date range, aircraft, status, and more.

User status	Filter by the status assigned at the user level
Date range type	Select the type of date range to apply (e.g. check-in date, check-out date)
Show missing bookings only	When enabled, shows only records where a hotel booking has not been made
