Scope - Travel Documents

Overview

The Travel Documents scope covers travel document records associated with crew members and other personnel tracked in Leon. This includes passports, visas, and any other official travel documents required for operations. Each record captures the document's type, validity period, issuing country, and the holder's identity information.

Operators use this scope to monitor document expiry dates, ensure crew members hold valid travel documents for planned routes, and produce compliance reports for regulatory or internal audit purposes.

Expiring documents report — list all travel documents expiring within the next 30, 60, or 90 days
Missing document report — identify crew members with incomplete or missing document date information
Document status by crew category — review active vs. inactive documents grouped by person category
Visa coverage by country — check which crew members hold valid visas for a specific destination country
Crew document audit — full export of all travel documents for a selected group of crew members or labels

Filters let you narrow down the data to the specific subset you need — by date range, aircraft, status, and more.

Person category	Filter by category of person (e.g. crew, ground staff)
User status	Filter by the active/inactive status of the user account in Leon
Is document active	Show only active documents, only inactive documents, or all
Crew label	Filter by labels assigned to crew members
Crew allowed AOC	Filter by the Air Operator Certificate (AOC) the crew member is approved to operate under
Contact Account	Filter by the contact account associated with the person
Aircraft	Filter by a specific aircraft associated with the document records
