Scope - Passenger Flights

Overview

The Passenger Flights scope provides detailed, passenger-level data for every flight in your operation. Where the standard Flights scope focuses on the flight itself — routing, times, and aircraft — this scope adds a full manifest layer: who was on board, their travel documents, boarding status, special preferences, and transfer logistics. Each row in a report built on this scope represents one passenger on one flight, making it the primary source for passenger manifests, visa and document compliance checks, and ground-transfer coordination.

Operators use this scope whenever they need to answer questions at the individual-passenger level: which documents a specific traveller carried on a given leg, whether a passenger's travel document was valid for the departure or arrival country, who was on board across a date range, or how ground transfers were arranged. It is also the right scope for SIFL (Standard Industry Fare Level) calculations and passenger-preference tracking.

What reports can you build with this scope?

Examples of typical reports operators build with this scope:

Passenger manifest by flight — a list of all passengers on each flight with their names, nationalities, and travel document details
Document expiry and compliance check — review travel document types, issue dates, and expiry dates used at departure and arrival for a selected period
Birthday on flight day — identify passengers whose birthday falls on the date of travel, useful for VIP service planning
SIFL calculation report — produce the data required for Standard Industry Fare Level tax computations, including employee status flags
Ground transfer and logistics summary — list pick-up times, transfer companies, and limousine suppliers for passengers at departure and arrival stations

Filters let you narrow down the data to the specific subset you need — by date range, aircraft, passenger, airport, and more.
