Scope - Vaccinations

Overview

The Vaccinations scope in Report Wizard provides access to crew vaccination records tracked within Leon. It covers the full vaccination history for each crew member, including the disease or vaccine name, the dates of each dose administered, and any associated notes. This scope is particularly useful for operators who need to monitor and document crew health compliance, track vaccination expiry, or prepare reports for health authority requirements.

Operators use this scope when they need a clear picture of which crew members have received which vaccinations, how many doses have been administered, and whether their vaccination records are up to date.

What reports can you build with this scope?

Examples of typical reports operators build with this scope:

Vaccination status overview by crew member — listing all recorded diseases and doses per person
Upcoming vaccination follow-up report — identifying crew with incomplete dose sequences
Crew compliance summary — checking which staff have vaccination records on file
Vaccination history export — full record of all doses for all crew, filtered by user status
Disease-specific coverage report — narrowing down who has been vaccinated against a specific disease

Available columns

Columns are the data fields that can appear in your report. When building a report, select the columns most relevant to your analysis.

Disease name	`disease_name`	The name of the disease or vaccine for which the vaccination record applies.
Date of 1st dose	`first_dose`	The date on which the first dose of the vaccine was administered.
Date of 2nd dose	`second_dose`	The date on which the second dose of the vaccine was administered.
Date of 3rd dose	`third_dose`	The date on which the third dose of the vaccine was administered.
Date of 4th dose	`fourth_dose`	The date on which the fourth dose of the vaccine was administered.
Date of 5th dose	`fifth_dose`	The date on which the fifth dose of the vaccine was administered.
Name	`name`	The first name of the crew member to whom the vaccination record belongs.
Surname	`contact_surname`	The surname of the crew member to whom the vaccination record belongs.
Disease note	`note`	Any additional notes recorded against the vaccination or disease entry.

Available filters

Filters let you narrow down the data to the specific subset you need — by operator or crew member status.

Filter	Description
Operator	Filters vaccination records by the operator account.
User status	Filters records by the status of the crew member's user account (e.g. active or inactive).
