Crew Planning, Roster & Duties

Why can't crew see the roster I created?

Crew members only see duties after the roster has been published — duties saved in draft/planning mode are invisible to them. Publish the roster for the relevant period; crew will then see the duties in the Crew App and the crew calendar.

Does Leon notify crew when their roster changes?

Yes, Leon can send notifications about published roster changes by email and push notification, depending on your notification configuration. Crew can also be required to acknowledge schedule changes if the acknowledgement function is enabled.

Can crew confirm (acknowledge) that they have seen their schedule?

Yes, Leon has a roster acknowledgement feature that requires crew to confirm published changes, and planners can track who has and hasn't acknowledged. Enable it in the relevant crew planning settings.

Why does a duty appear on the wrong day in the calendar?

Calendar views can display duties in UTC, local time, or base time, so a duty starting late in the evening UTC may render on the following day in local time. Check the time-zone mode of the calendar view before assuming the duty itself is wrong.

Can I copy or repeat duties across multiple days or crew members?

Yes, duties can be added for multiple days and multiple crew members in one action in the Crew Calendar, and existing duty patterns can be reused. This is the recommended way to build recurring patterns instead of entering each day manually.
