Fuel Prices & Fuel Requests

How do I upload fuel prices to Leon?

Fuel prices can be uploaded manually as price lists in the Fuel section or delivered automatically through integrated fuel suppliers. Uploaded lists apply per airport and per supplier, and prices are then visible in OPS and (optionally) in the Crew App.

Why do I see two different fuel prices for the same airport on the same day?

Multiple price lists can be valid simultaneously — for example from different suppliers or with overlapping validity periods — so Leon shows each of them. Check the supplier and validity dates on each list; remove or correct an outdated list if it should no longer apply.

Why does an uploaded fuel price list show "never" as the expiry date?

The expiry date is taken from the price list file, so "never" means the expiry column was missing or not recognized during import. Ensure the file follows the expected format for your supplier, including the expiry-date column, and re-import it.

Can I add a fuel supplier manually?

Yes, fuel suppliers can be added manually so that prices and fuel requests can be handled even for suppliers without an automatic integration. Manually added suppliers work with fuel request emails like integrated ones.

Can the fuel request email template be customized?

Yes, the templates used for fuel requests (like other request templates in Leon) can be adjusted, including the content and ordering of information. Contact Leon Support with your required layout.
