Trip support and ground services

Leon's flight support integrations share a common pattern. Each supplier is linked to a specific item on the OPS checklist. When that service is requested for a flight, the supplier receives the request through Leon's API, then writes status changes, messages, confirmations and documents back onto the same checklist item — so the whole exchange happens inside Leon instead of over email. In Settings > Flight Support the operator chooses which aircraft the supplier may see, which services are requested by default, and whether passenger data and aircraft documents are shared at all; those last two are off unless deliberately switched on.

How does the Jetex GTM integration with Leon work?

Jetex provides FBOs, international trip planning, fuelling, ground handling and concierge services. How does the MoonJet integration with Leon work?

MoonJet provides VIP ground transportation, hotel accommodation through its global hotel programme, and concierge services. The integration lets Leon users send service requests to MoonJet and receive status updates and confirmations back through Leon's own interface, so transport and accommodation are ordered from the flight itself rather than by email. Because the request is built from flight and passenger details already held in Leon, there is no re-entry and no risk of the two sides working from different data; passenger data is shared only if the operator enables that option.
