Can I add my own custom items to the flight checklist?
Yes, operators can request custom checklist items in addition to the standard OPS and Sales items. Custom items behave like standard ones — they carry statuses and notes and can trigger notifications. Contact Leon Support to have new items added to your account.
Can a checklist item be moved from the OPS checklist to the Sales checklist (or vice versa)?
No, an existing item cannot simply be dragged between the OPS and Sales checklists — the item must be configured for the target checklist. Ask Leon Support to set up the equivalent item on the other checklist and deactivate the original one.
Why did checklist item statuses stay "Confirmed" after the schedule changed?
Checklist statuses are reset only by the specific triggers configured for each item, so not every schedule change resets every item. If a status change (for example from OPTION to CONFIRMED trip status, or a time change) should reset an item in your workflow, ask Support to review the reset triggers configured for that item.
Can documents be attached automatically to handling requests?
Yes, selected documents (for example aircraft documents) can be attached to Handling Requests by default using the "Attach documents by default" configuration. Once configured, the chosen files are added to every HR email without manual selection.
Can we attach the GenDec to overflight or landing permit requests?
Yes, documents such as the General Declaration can be included in permit request emails if configured on your account. Contact Leon Support to define which documents should accompany permit requests.
Why doesn't a visa appear on the General Declaration?
The GenDec shows the travel document data selected for the flight, and visa display depends on the document and nationality rules configured (for example Schengen handling). If a visa that should print does not, verify the passenger's travel documents in their profile and how the destination country is classified in your settings.
Can Leon send the handling request update automatically when the schedule changes?
Yes, Leon detects schedule changes affecting a sent Handling Request and prompts you to send an update; the HR status changes to indicate an update is needed. Note that only changes to data included in the HR (times, airport, crew, pax) trigger the update prompt — unrelated edits do not.
