Why can't a user see a particular page or section in Leon?
Access to every page in Leon is controlled by permission groups, so a missing page almost always means the user's group lacks the relevant permission. An administrator can review this in Settings > Users by opening the user's profile and checking the assigned permission groups. Remember that some sections additionally depend on the modules activated for your operator.
Can one person have access to more than one operator account in Leon?
Yes, a single login can be linked to multiple operator accounts, and the user can switch between them without logging out. Account linking is set up by Leon Support on request from the administrators of both accounts.
Can we restrict which aircraft or crew a user sees?
Yes, Leon lets you limit a user's visibility to selected aircraft, and group-based visibility restrictions can narrow what appears in views and reports. Note that some older saved reports may need to be re-created for new visibility restrictions to apply.
