Leon Software manual

Zapier

Zapier is a powerful workflow automation tool. In Zapier, you can create Zaps connecting Leon to many other applications.

The application currently supports:

  1. Trigger events (based on polling):

    • Flight Created - triggers when a new flight is created.

    • Schedule Changed - triggers when a flight schedule is changed.

    • Crew Changed - triggers when a crew is changed on a flight.

    • PAX List Changed - triggers when a PAX list is changed on a flight.

  2. Action events (for example, you can run them at specific intervals):

    • Find Empty Legs search - finds and returns empty legs (ferry flights) for the selected timeframe (since ‘now’).

    • Flight List search - finds and returns flights for a specified filter.

Due to Zapier limitations, action events (searches) return the output data as a pre-formatted string containing the details of all flights found in the search action.

Leon Zapier application is at a closed beta stage, available only by invitation. If you want to test it or leave your feedback, please send us a request along with the e-mail you use at Zapier, via the Customer Portal.
